I'm sorry if this is in the incorrect forum -- if so, I hope one of the moderators will place it correctly for me. I'm new here (over 12 days analog free WOOHOO!) and can only post here for the moment.
I own a company that ships a great deal through USPS Priority Mail. Effective just recently the post office introduced "Critical Mail". It's a hybrid between Express Mail and Priority Mail. The rates are considerably lower than Express, but the post office "guarantees" by a particular date (unlike Priority Mail).
It works great for my smaller boat parts that can fit into an envelope and are time sensitive. Just thought it might help a few suppliers shipping pre-filled cartos or the like.
It also might help our postal carriers avoid us PV stalkers and put some customers at ease.
