Ok what is with USPS??? I ordered from V4L on 3/16 and I live 45min away from them. I got an e-mail yesterday from V4L saying my order shipped. I didn't get it today and the tracking site says it hasn't been picked up yet. Giving the fact that many people on here have had issues with USPS online tracking should I be worried or is it just another USPS issue?

USPS...sigh. They are a quirky group. I may have said this before, but they drop the ball, kinda often. No offense postal workers! It's never easy shelling out dough for a soon to be visible product. In other words handing over your hard earned money, and having to wait is mildly anxiety inducing to begin with. it only adds to the situation. I have been there once before here recently, NOT FUN.

On a serious note though, i don't think people, not you directly, take into consideration the insane amount of parcels, mail that circulate throughout the country daily. It is a mass orchestrated operation obviously. Takes so many things for it to work, and work well. Everyone has their bad days, things don't happen, people don't come to work, you have to sub another persons route, whatever.

I have a huge fear of running out myself, so i order often, or heavy if i plan on not being able to. Probably have 3 months supply right now. My latest order showed up today, and only yesterday did it update that it had been picked up in Chicago!

Ditto - tracking was just updated and it's in Georgia?

So it shipped on Wed and I thought: worse case I will have it on Sat but now it looks like the best I can hope for is Monday.

It was obviously misrouted.

It's funny USPS has actually been pretty good to me (usually 2 days) it's just odd the two times I REALLY needed the it to arrive in 2 days it didn't.

I am dying for my blank premium carts as I've run out of blanks trying to sample so many new flavors and my new favorite flavor doesn't come in carto form :(

They really should not be able to call it 2-3 day Priority Mail as unlike UPS and Fedex they don't guarantee that time window.

This is why UPS and FedEx are worth the extra money. They mess up sure but not nearly as much. There ground shipping is so fast that if you order from like 1 or 2 states away it will be there at the same or even faster than if you order air shipping.

I'm sorry but i completely disagree with you about Ground shipping.....UPS ground is awful and Fed Ex completely sucks.....Not saying that USPS is good by any means, but they are defiantly 1000 times better than the ground service offered by UPS or Fed Ex :)

look at the times and dates here

It only take in normal traffic conditions 35min to get to elk grove from Wilmette. It took them like 2 1/2 days to accomplish this. There has to be some sort of problem. It probably arrived in Elk Grove the same day but for some reason was held up and wasn't scanned until the 19th when it left. (hmm.. i smell FDA)

Processed through Sort Facility, March 19, 2010, 3:12 am, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL 60007
Electronic Shipping Info Received, March 17, 2010
