Made an order on Jul 3rd from a well known juice vender. They are in Oregon and I normally get my stuff in 3-4 days max.
On Tues I check the tracking and this is what I see. My juice is taken a Hawaiian Vay-cay. (its been sitting there since early on the 8th)

Except I live in Florida.
I called the vender and he double checked that it was labeled correctly and apologized even though he had nothing to do with the detour.
So anyway my 2 day priority post looks like it may be a couple more days (Which sux cause I am OUT of Cinnamon )

I am just shocked at how a giant Govment service could be hurting so much for funding...When obviously they have perfected the art form of finding an using the quickest and most efficient routes. it just doesn't make sense.

Maybe the Oregon post office is just wonky? ;)

I'm in Oregon and have a package coming that was shipped and confirmed accepted at the origin sort facility on Monday, and as of Thursday it hasn't arrived yet. Tracking shows it arrived in Portland on Tuesday and for some reason keeps getting moved around to several sort facilities.

The tracking info keeps pushing the expected delivery date back into the past, which is ridiculous. It now says it will be delivered on Wednesday the 9th but it's now early Friday morning. Yesterday it said Thursday delivery.

I'm convinced it all works on some sort of magic and no real science because taking nearly a week to get a package from California to Oregon is silly especially considering it's 2-day priority.

I feel your pain! I want my hades! It gets worse for me as another package that SHOULD have been here on Thursday contained my 26650 batteries, and now that might not be here until after my hades. a Mod without a proper battery to use it is a cruel punishment!

I think you're being too critical. After all, Florida is warm, Hawaii is warm. Both have alot of warm water around them. I totally understand how they could get confused.:D

I placed an order with Fasttech once. After it finally shipped it made it to the states it went from New York to Mississippi, the problem is I live in Pennsylvania! It sat there in the Deep South for several months. I contacted USPS, asked how I go about getting refunded for the lost package, they honestly laughed! And told me you don't! There's nothing we can do. I looooong gave up on it, pretty much forgot all about it. Months later I was getting the mail and was shocked! There it was! You never know what to expect with USPS. Good luck, hope your juice shows up soon.

I don't normally ever have a problem with shipping inside the US, but just this week I have an order that originated in Cali and seems to like it there, because it hasn't moved from the original destination in 4 days. It was supposed to get here today. I am still kind of holding out that it somehow just didn't get tracked in the two other spots it would have normally hit when coming from this vendor, but I doubt it will actually arrive. Still haven't decided if I am going to contact the vendor right away today if it doesn't show up with the mail, or wait until maybe Monday and give it a good solid few days after it's supposed to arrive date.

I actually worked for USPS (ups now)for a bit, for packages, USPS actually uses FedEx to bring to the sort facilities. This is called a miss load at ups, which means someone put it on the wrong truck and it cost about 500$ to the company xD

It costs $500 to what company? The vendor or FedEx?

There's definitely something fishy going on with tracking for USPS lately. I got a package yesterday that I thought wouldn't get here until next week because it appeared to be stuck in a CA sorting facility. It was a very pleasant surprise to see it. Apparently, it was moving, but the movement wasn't being tracked? It skipped the usual NY sorting facility and just showed up here. A day late, but sooner then I expected considering I thought it was still in CA.

THANK YOU for posting this. Maybe my stuck in Sacramento package is really stealth moving and will actually arrive today (when it is supposed to) or tomorrow. You have really eased my mind a bit. This is a first for me in all of the ordering I've done online--which is a lot even without including the tons of stuff vape related. I'm not really knocking USPS although it's fun sport to do so. They do a good job as a rule. Now if I can just get my mail carrier to latch the front gate correctly so the dog can't get out after she's been here. LOL
