USPS sort facility in Elk Grove IL is finally back in the shipping business!

I just want to report good news!

I ordered on Thursday 9/23 eight minutes before the sale was over at midnight and my order is already in my hands! Thanks V4L!

My previous order date was 9/6 but I received it on 9/15 because it sat in Elk Grove for a few days. Thanks USPS - not!

V4L has always shipped quickly...the post office doesn't get that concept.

I placed an order for my Uncle in California on Thursday, 23rd.....but too late for it to go out that day. Got shipping confirmation on Friday, 24th at 2pm PST and he received it in today's (Monday, 27th) mail.

Well...The USPS is not being so kind to me I also ordered on the 23rd and still dont have my stuff yet. V4L shipped it out fast but they are the only ones that work fast. No worries though...I always have lots of cartos and juice on hand.

Nope, didn't have the grades (too high)...wanted to go Chico but my parents made me go to Santa Clara U....Jesuits are no fun. Between 82-87 never missed a reg weekend at UCSB, Berkeley, or Chico. I was there during the riots at Pioneer days in 87. Had a couple of friends with favors in Paradise and Chico and a buddy of mine was the drummer for The Bedrockers a once popular Chico band that gigged at the Bear all the time. Woke up a couple times on the grass at Bidwell.

So July 21st, huh, I'm July 20th...must of have been something in the air.

Was the 20th your quit date or birthdate? If it was your birthdate...yes, it was something in the air....those cold winter nights that made our parents snuggle...hehehe....I quit ciggies on my 51st BD...7/21.

Amazing that an order gets to CA before it gets to TX.....makes no sense...glad you have plenty of inventory to hold you over!

We just had a meeting today with our USPS rep. We brought the issue to his attention about Elk Grove Village. Elk Grove is the main sorting facility for our area, so all of our mail goes through there. Even though a very small percentage of our orders were affected, he took the issue very seriously. He will be contacting the management of that sort facility to get to the bottom of the problem. I apologize to anyone that has had any issues in shipping.

It really isn't a big deal. I just made this order because of the sale. LOL I have PLENTY of juice right now, but I am very glad that Mark talked to USPS in Elk Grove. It seems like they have been the main issue.
