Usual Time for Provari Repairs?

I sent my Provari in for repair and it arrived there on the 17th and I haven't heard a word since? Anyone else sent theirs in? If so how long did it take to get it back?

The one time I had to send mine in I had it back exactly 1 week from the day I had mailed it out to them.They didn't contact me when they received it. Just fixed in and mailed it back. I have read from others about their quick turn around time as well. Good luck,

I sent it with signature conformation so I knew when it arrived.

I sent mine in on a Monday had it back by Friday. I let them know it was a coming and they said they'ed turn it quick as they could. Now, I've a second for a spare. A week without it was just too long. JMHO

I sent mine in on Monday and I track it, it was delivered today to provape's and I received and email tonight saying it was on it's way home.
