Uvula Side Effect?

I just got back from the ER.

The glands in my neck are very swollen as is my uvula. My neck got so tight I thought I was having an allergic reaction and was having shortness of breath. They got an IV in me and gave me some steroids for the swelling.

They prescribed some antibiotics and an oral steroid. My biggest fear is that they couldn't tell me anything conclusive except that I was healthy as a fat ox.

I vape pure 100% VG and always have. Well at least for 17 weeks. I really don't want to go back to analogs.


This Sucks.
Theres no way i'm the only one this is happening to, am I??

Since fatherdano didn't start the thread, I'm a bit hesitant to move it.

Perhaps it'd be better to re-post in the Health Safety and E-Smoking section? It's very odd that this suddenly happened since you've been vaping for awhile. Although allergies can start at any time.

I'd try unflavored PG if you've been vaping VG and had recent issues. BTW pharma grade PG & VG are both synthetic.
