Uwell Crown and IPV D2

So I got my Crown last night, and I put in ni200 coil, primed it, filled tank, locked in resistance on my ipv d2, and very little vapor and about choked. However a coworker has same setup and his is rocking. We tried exact same settings of 375 degrees and 35 joules. His blows like a diesel train and mine is like a prius. Beth with fresh batteries.
Any suggestions?

Are you both using the same juice? That's all I've got, well maybe your coil got damaged.

Thanks J WO, yes exact same juice, turns out it was the first 3 coils i tried were bad.... At least that's what I'm guessing because it hits like a flavorful diesel train now.
