While I have to admit that there have been a few orders that were messed up, whenever I have called their customer service it has actually been a pleasure. They answer the phone immediately, they are NOT in another country with a phone connection that sounds like 2 cans and a string. When I bring the problem up, they NEVER argue, but immediately fix the problem. In addition, they will often do additional things to make sure the customer is happy. This is so refreshing to work with a company that understands that sometimes things go wrong and there is never a question about making it right.
