I was in the market for a high end rda and found a great looking model carried by V-APES in California.
I called them directly because I wasn't able to place an order for it (there was a temporary glitch on their website).
Of course the rda I wanted is very much in demand, but they had one or two left, and promised they'd hold one for me until the site could process the order.
Not very optimistic, I spoke with their rep a few days later (I assumed that they'd sold the last one).
Sure enough, as promised, they kept one aside for me, marked with my name, and were going to call to let me know that I could place the order on line.
I was totally blown away! Despite the fact that I've never previously ordered from them, and that they had a list of people waiting to buy this product, they kept their word and held it for me.
Suffice it to say, any vendor who embraces professional practices and ethics, has definitely got my vote and highest recommendation!
VAPE-S apparently is extremely popular with discerning California vapers, and carries everything from high end mods to exotic e-liquids and everything in between - even for novices.
If exceptional customer service is as important as a stellar product line, I sincerely suggest you check them out.
