what does the V and Q stand for?
on my kangertech it reads, 0.0V and 9.9Q which is flashing and i cant take a drag.

V is for Volts.
Ω is for Ohms.
Your Kanger is flashing 9.99Ω because the circuit is open and no power is being drawn from your battery. Try cleaning the connection between your tank and your battery and making sure the connection is tight.
