Yes, I have one as well as the Vapor King Pass-through, and I use the carto's interchangeably. I like the V4L Cool Carts best with the Power Cig and VK Pass through... they don't get as hot and seem to last longer. Just got a shipment of Wow cartos from V4L plus a couple bottles of juice (my first try at dripping/refilling) from V4L so I'm looking forward to comparing the Wow to the Cool Carts and comparing juice.
I'm sorry OMG, just seeing your question and sure you already have an answer by now, but my V2 charger and PCC all work with my V4L batts. I don't have a V4l charger as I found I didn't need it since the 2 I have from V2 work for both and if I remember correctly, cost less.
V2 does not cost less

Good info. I was mentioning the cost comparison between 'chargers' of V2 and V4L only, not batteries or from other companies. I'm sure there are better deals from lots of places. I have 17 batts & PT from all over, mostly V4L, , but when I first started I got a kit from V2 that came with a charger. Then I ordered the car charger from V2 which is $4.95, but I think is $8.95 or $9.95 at V4L, same input output, etc. Just saying the chargers from V2 work with the V4L batts and PT fine, least they have for me for the past 3 months, although I like my V4L batts the best.
