After seeing their professionalism on display, I would hate being tethered to a company like that for repairs.
I'd pass on anything from V3tronix.

I ended up with a V3 Flip, and it wasn't until after I got it that I found out about the public hissy fit they threw.....And I also was not aware that the switch could not be dissassembled (I HATE that.....)......goes to show you what happens when you don't do your homework prior to making a puchase!!

Found a fix for the crunchyness of it. It can be taken apart although it is a press fit and I do not reccomend it. Remove the o ring and soak the switch in spray contact cleaner and work it several times. Dry it and enjoy. Fixed mine up in about 30 seconds.
How did you get it apart? I tried pulling it apart with pliers but all I did was break off little pieces of the contact...

It can be taken apart, but it shouldn't be taken apart by anyone other than someone over at V3Tronix. You'll have to read the fine print on the warranty card, but I believe that taking the switch apart voids it.

I dont mind losing the warranty since I can buy any other part that breaks. Any clues on how to get it apart? People are saying its press fitted theres no way its press fittes this tightly.
