V4L-because its MY life

Well one month into my first V4L purchase, I gotta say that i love this company. All of their products have impressed me and others around me. I havent smoked an analog in a while and dont even want one because 555 taste soooo much better. And their never ending will to make the product better makes me want to buy more and more. I Love the colors and quality and choices they offer. So far Because of this forum and V4L. My vaping experience went from being minimal to awesomely awesome! I love when a new shipment comes in no matter how small. (Freedbies Rock) and they are commited to making people truly happy. V4L does one thing right that no other company does in the e cig field. LISTENS to their customers. You get rewarded for buying more and rewarded for dealing with their mistakes (which are few and far between).

I know not everyone has experienced these things because of mix ups or something or another, but they seem to deal with everything prompt and professionally. I got to say if V4L wasnt out there I would still be searching for a perfect PV. Thanks guys/gals at V4L for helping me find a new hobby and enjoyment that doesnt slowly kill me. Im more then happy with vaping. And dont plan on stoping. So I guess This is a customer appreciation thread. Because thats what im doing right now. Relaxing vaping day off from work watching good movies and vapen on my trusty VK. light green with yellow led batt, Premo white 555 carto, the goonies, and pajamas. What a day. And I dont feel the least bit guilty!

V4L has become a new addiction for me already I think. Did my research and after a good week or so made my first order on a Thursday. I live in southern WI so I had on Saturday(kudos for the incredible shipping and processing time btw) and by Saturday night was placing an order for new carts and juice with another order incredibly possible next week if pomegranite and black tea both end up in 30ml bottles. A money saver? Maybe not, better for me? I'm pretty sure. And when our smoking ban for bars and everything goes in effect in June, it won't even faze me. A winner all the way around in my book.

I think a customer appreciation thread is a great Idea...throughout the V4L threads you see bits and pieces off appreciation ...so why not put it in one place so Steve, Valerie, Leaford and the rest of the gang at V4L can go to one place to feel the love...

My semi short story: I was a Pack (or two) a day smoker for nearly 30 years and got started on e-cigs (PVs) through Smoke51 (smokeanywhere) mainly because they offered a cheap trial (so I thought ...But that's another story) I almost gave up on the idea because of the poor quality, and worse company /customer service. So I headed to the web, found Leaford's review site and through him, V4L. I became hooked on both Vaping and V4L. It was Steve's story on his "about us" page that gave me the confidence to try again. About three weeks after receiving my first order I had quit analogs all together... The superior product did that for me; V4Ls commitment to the product and their customers have made me a loyal, life long customer. I cant think of a company in any field that I have so much confidence in. Any problems I have had (which also have been few) are handled with such personal, professional attention that I can't imagine even looking at another product/company. I am incredibly grateful to Steve and everyone at V4L for everything they have done for me ....You have definitely made a positive difference in my life...How many people/companies can you say that about!!
