Hi everyone....I'm wondering if anyone has used AVE juices (Boba's or Gorilla juice) in the V4L blank cartos? (I have the cool carts and wow vapors). I'd like to use those juices with that battery if possible. I've also got a 510, and did just fine in the SmokeTech 3.2ohm cartos with Malty from BWB...which I realize is 70% VG, versus 100% like the AVE juices. Anyone try this before and have any experiences to share? I typically fill using a syringe, but am open to other methods if you think that would be a better approach to using those juices with the V4L cartos.

Thanks for listening!

The battery won't be an issue at all. The biggest problem is the high VG % in the juice that will cause wicking issues. It's inevitable that the lifespan of the carto will be reduces. There are some ways to prolong the time that you get to use the cartos though. One is to keep it topped off at all times. VG has a weird tendency to dry up in cartos fairly quickly. Two, take your time filling it and let it rest for a few minutes every 10 drags or until you notice a decrease in flavor. Do this before topping off again.

You will have a lot better experience with AVE compared to Malty. The VG that BWB uses is considerably thicker compared to AVE. Remember I had a bad experience using Malty in a carto before and it became burnt within a day of use. That's just my experience with it though but, I learned my lesson. All of the tips above describe how I dealt with it.

Lastly, while filling it up for the first time. Even if you use a syringe. Fill it a little bit at a time and let it rest for 30 minutes before you vape. This will ensure everything is saturated.

Hope that helps.

I use AVE's Irish Cream and Blueberry Crumble and also BWB's Malty Toffee in V4L coolcart blanks. All are time consuming to fill due to the viscosity. I prefer drip-Taryn Spin-drip method of filling(you can look up the Taryn Spin if unfamiliar with it). That said, I don't use my V4L batteries with coolcarts because the vape is too cool and devoid of flavor. I use a 5V mod for these. All 3 juices are hard on cartos and their lifespan is rather short, but as Washvap said, you will get more use out of a carto using AVE.

I've used many different vendor's e-juice in my vapor4life cartos. I agree with washvap about filling the first carto and letting it sit for a while. I also don't take too many hits off my REO without letting the juice "rest." I'm not sure what the term for it is but I have found that it's important to stop and let the juice do it's thing (even better terminology)

I used to just fill the cartos and vape them right away. It works but if I fill them and let them sit overnight, the carto seems to last a lot longer.
