Hey Everyone,

I came onto this forum after I bought my first e-cig the greensmoke and got some great advice. Ended up getting a kit from V4L and is worlds better than Greensmoke. I found the green smoke 12mg was no where near enough nic to get me off the analogs and went for some V4L 36mg carts and they are amazing compared to the Greensmoke in almost every way, should be able to kick the analogs with these.

The amount of vapor, throat hit and nic level in them is pretty much perfect, I don't feel like an analog after vaping the V4L stuff. Only problem is I tend to find their carts harsh on the throat after about 4 to 5 drags and they are not sweet at all and very dry, can anyone recommend a place that sells 24mg or 36mg good liquids I could use in the V4L blank cartos or even places that sell filled cart's that will work on the V4L batteries?

The flavors from Greensmoke were not that bad, had a hint of sweetness to them which I did not mind, about the only thing I found good about the Greensmoke.

Any advice on this would be great, or if I am missing something like the high nic level is what is giving me the harsh taste etc. I bought sampler packs of their Wow tobacco & Coffee flavors, also sampler packs of their Tobacco & Coffee cool carts. I found most of them tasted fairly close to each other and were fairly dry in taste.

hi dave imo i would goto madvapes.com and buy an 808 to 510, or 901 to 510 adapter im not sure which as i cant remember what the V4L batteries are and then get some smoketech 2.0 cartomizers. that will help alot as far a the juice there are many many places to get it from look on youtube for juice reviews and you will get some kind of idea about buying juice. hope this helps and try to stick with it.

Thanks for the relies guys.

brewsterfrank, thanks for the link mate, looks like they have a lot of kits and gear on there, should be helpful for sure. :)

sunuvajeh, don't get me wrong I am really happy with the V4L stuff, it's going to get me off the analogs for sure, the most important bits are there, nic hit, th and overall great vapor production, it's just that after a few drags I get a really hash feeling in my throat which can be unpleasant, maybe this is caused from such a high nic level, they are 36mg carts.

I tried the GreenSmoke last night again just to check the flavor, they do seem to have a slightly sweeter taste, but I think it's not so much the taste now as the harsh feeling on the back of the throat after a few drags of the V4L that's the problem. I have some 24mg carts here, might try them out today and see if there is any difference.

Either way I will stick with the V4L stuff while having a look around for other juices to try etc, it's not such a bad thing for it to be slightly unpleasant as if I can stick with it that's kind of going to tell my brain smoking overall is crap. lol

The higher the nic level, the harsher the th will be.....there is also a difference in the wow carts and the cool carts from V4L...the wow carts do give a warmer vapor and imo that coupled with high nic would be pretty harsh on the throat. If you have any of the cool carts, try those...you will see a difference. I personally cannot do many flavors in 24mg....some of the creamier flavors are not a problem, but for the most part I am at 18mg....

Good luck in your new venture and you can refill with anyones liquid....

Should 2.0 cartos be used on a slim 3.7 volt battery? V4L batteries are higher voltage than 510 batteries. 2.0 ohm on 3.7 volts seems like a lot of power draw for a slim battery. I don't recommend that unless you have en extra spare battery and can afford to lose one. I'm a software geek so I could be wrong about that, but seems to be pushing it to me.

You can add any juice you want to them. I like 70pg/30vg juices - Backwoods Brew, many FreedomsmokeUSA Flavor Range juices, and others. I get the impression the V4L juices are higher PG than that. V4L's WOW Vanilla is sweet and nice. Their WOWbacco is hardly sweet and dry and very cocoa and I love it for that but I prefer to vape it in standard-resistance Boge soft-cap carto on a 510 for a slightly coolor more vapory vape - it seems damper in the cooler carto.

Also BTW - Vapor4Life has 2 kinds of blanks - you may prefer the Coolcarts (3.1 ohm?). The WOW blanks run hotter (2.7ohm?)

Ok think I found the problem, it's the 36mg by the looks, the 24mg cool carts don't do it at all, also the 24mg Wow carts are 1000% better than the 36mg WOW carts, I think it must be the nic that's giving that harsh throat thing.

The Dunhill 24mg cool cart does not give any harsh throat thing at all, tried Wow 24mg beer and that was fine as well. Think I will use the 36mg only to get me off the analogs and then drop back to the 24mg asap, this way I wont get put off by the 36mg and want to go back to analogs.
