Way back (last year), some in the forum claimed weight loss. It was said that instead of getting desert after dinner they vaped a sweet vape. I would say it certainly is possible to get around a craving with the right flavor.

I have definitely cut the sweets since I started vaping the sweet flavors. I don't even crave for the chocolate sitting in the jar right in front of me...incredible!

Hi Brooke and welcome to the V4L Family! I am a diabetic, vaping has helped a lot with sweet craving and snacking in general. I lost weight the first 6 months but my Dim bulb of a Dr. changed my meds and now I have gained! It will even out soon.
Vaping for me is hand to mouth..without vaping or smoking I would eat too much!
