1. V4L does an excellent job of making vaping accessible to new vapers by stocking intuitive easy to use kits, a wide variety of flavors, offering great customer service and support, and participating and promoting a great community on the ECF. As relatively new, I was attracted to V4L for these specific reasons.

2. Stocking of available juices and flavors. I believe this is having a negative impact on the company, and is understanably fed by some uncontrollable items, but there are other ways or models that could solve this issue, such as a merger or cooperation with US juice producers for more popular flavors. One of the strengths of V4L is the strong community, but this is also an issue as word and frustrations also travel fast in tight communities such as ECF when it comes to not getting an item quickly.

3. While many might not say this as they have found a perfect match with the current products, I think you are loosing your customer base you do such a great job bringing into vaping by not offering larger batteries/varied hardware. It is inevitible that many will move on to hardware offering longer battery life and larger juice carrying capacity. Offering more of these capabilities will lock in much more of your customer base, from first day to thier 10th year of vaping.

1. Besides the great customer service I think its great you post on the forums and keep us informed. Feels like you really care about us. I look forward to your posts.

2. Up the quality of the batteries. I think they need better consistancy. Seems like some are better then others in vapor quality (power) and battery life.

3. I am new to V4l (1.5 months) but what I can think of is larger packs of blanks and as you buy the bigger packs you get a quanity discount. 10 for a little cheaper then buying 2 packs of 5 etc.

1. Make awesome juice and awesome prices. CS is unreal!

2. Carry juice in stock!!! (I know this can be tough during these times while at the same time maintaining your prices.)

3. A few different types of mods. Like a nice clean simple stainless steel 3.7 mechanical mod and another mod the same but can run 3.7 and 5 or 6 volt. I think a 5 volt mod would be awesome! Fit's 808-d cartos! Runs LR well. Under $150

Thanks for all you do and looking greatly forward to the future.

1. Your products are top of the line and your customer service is above and beyond.

2. I hope you get a juice factory up and going so you can improve the fruit flavors you have and/or make new/the same juices here to eliminate the stock issues. I know this is something everyone wants, our own juice here at home. I really think the fruit flavors should be improved. I would love for V4L to be my one stop shop.

3. I want this super battery everyone has been talkin about with the bestest cartos possible. I want ultimate convenience. You guys are brilliant and Im excited for the future. More bottle sizes (which would be more convenient if you had your own juice factory up and running) and better fruity/baked goods type juices!

1. Your sales promotions are a stroke of genius. I must say that you are the only company that I never tire of getting emails from. Your customer service is off the charts also.

2. Cheaper shipping option. At times, I just need a little juice to round out my selection and at these times I feel that I am forced to go with another company whose juice is cheaper and the shipping is less. I know that you probably feel that small orders are a pain and maybe the high shipping charges can weed those small orders out, but it seems to me that every time a customer tries another company, there is the potential of losing that customer forever once they get turned on to another product. You haven't yet lost me forever, but I must admit that my money gets spread around a lot more than it used to and it all started because I was looking for ways to save on shipping.

3. 5 mil theme based (eg fruit, coffee, tobacco) sample packs.

4. Thank you for listening ... another thing that makes you all special.

1. Good customer service. Fast shipping. Develop excellent juices that are consistent every time. Always looking to improve and refine the KR product line. Sell Wow juices. Cola, White Chocolate, Wowboy and Wow Peppermint - you do these very well, honestly better than anybody else in any country.

2. I think the website could be improved, but everything I would change about the site is handled here in the forum, i.e. better product education, better flavor descriptions, etc. So the only thing you could do better is carry everything I want ;)

3. The only thing I can think of is a few juices I wish you'd carry.
A) Peach Wow Juice!!! Make it taste crisp like peach rings! Nobody has this, I've tried around. And Peach fans want it bad.
B) Improved/Stronger Flavored Wownana Juice (not the Green Banana flavor from the prem line)
C) A Wow DK-Tab / RY type of Juice

1. The variety of flavors is great, I can't imagine you ever being out of every flavor I like. I love the battery colors and size offerings, especially the XLs. I do wish the diamonds and stealths were available in manuals now but I can wait.

2. Four out of my last 8 orders had items either missing or wrong. While I appreciate the quick turnaround, I'd sacrifice speed for accuracy (especially with the high S&H charge). Support tickets are responded to very quickly but it still adds at least 3 days to fix a problem.

3. I'd like to see sampler size juices or even "flavors of the month" and would truly love cases to accommodate the XLs!

Having said all that, I'm a loyal customer and will keep handing out your cards to anyone and everyone!

1. Something that we do well: Carry a very nice selection of high quality kit in a plethora (ok, I'm shallow) of colors and then are awesome at supporting your customers.

2. Something that you would like to see us do better: I think you may need to find a new model with regards to juice (read:US made). Personally, I think it speaks volumes to your juice quality that people just don't go find other vendors (sorry for the back-handed compliment).

3. Something that you wish that we would carry: What's the next step in vaping? Bottom feeders, fat batts, mods... maybe some smaller juice samplers. Or, if I'm being selfish, maybe some geo-distributed sites (EMEA and ASPAC) so global customers can enjoy some local shipping. I'm dreading the $25 shipping charge this fall!! :)

Q. A little more open and forthright about stock issues, cloak and dagger responses only provide fuel for whiners. No more talk of Mods, Multi-Battery Rechargers, or U.S. made Juices...enough already .....either do it or don't do it..just stop pulling our collective chain about it. In all 3 of these particular cases announcements get made....then nothing. If plans fall through...it's o.k...we can talk about it instead of pretending it never happened.

V4L puts the customer first! You guys are the best at being quick to respond and "making it right". Always standing behind the products I'm not afraid to refer someone or to try something new.

2. Something that you would like to see us do better
Double check the orders prior to shipping. Include some of the best "how to" videos on your website, especailly for new people (vote for SnowDragon). I'd love to be able to order via my cell phone too.

3. Something that you wish that we would carry
I'm dreaming of a "fat bat" or mod that would last forever. The new Diamond XL's are pretty close, but I'm still afraid to drip juice into them. Oh, can that be KR808D compatible too? I'd like the choice of atty or carto offered.

2. Make shipping costs a little more affordable. I do understand it's not just shipping but includes handling and there are costs associated with that as well. It's even worse for those of us in Illinois who pay sales tax.... It was sort of a shock to me when I ordered my first kit to see a $9.95 shipping charge, given the size/wt of the package.

3. Diamond series manuals.

Besides keeping items in stock since that is out of your hands. Make sure cartos are full.

Some type of tank option , Build your own sample pack of cartos, Cheaper shipping or a plan similar to Amazon Prime

2. Something that you would like to see us do better--
a) offer a less expensive and slower shipping option. $7 is too much to pay to ship if you only need a pack of blanks or a bottle of juice. Like tracker said earlier, your shipping charges end up pushing some folks to other vendors. And/or offer a sampler size of juice, so that folks could try several flavors to justify the shipping costs.
b) it's great to get an "email credit" for when you've gone out of stock on something I ordered. But could you send that notice at the same time you send the "order shipped" notice? If I had known my order didn't ship complete I could've ordered something else during the sale with the emailed credit -- but I received my package in the mail the same day I got the notice that you'd shipped it incomplete. :facepalm:

a) i have to agree with all of the votes for a "fat batt". i think a lot of folks want to "move up" from "analog-like" ecigs after they've been vaping a while, and I think v4l loses some customers as they want to branch out to longer life batts or larger capacity juice systems..I know you probably shouldn't try to be all things to all people, but if I had a nickel for every person that says something like "I grew out of v4l batts and only come back for the juice" I could afford to pay the shipping costs more often :laugh:
b) as I mentioned earlier, I think offering a sample size of juice would really help folks new to v4l and new to vaping. I'll 'fess up now that i bought my first juices from another vendor that offered a lot of different flavors in 3 or 5ml sizes because I didn't (and don't) know enough to commit to a 30ml bottle from v4l right off the bat. With my luck i would've ended up with pumpkin and eggnog

Don't take any of this as a knock on v4l, chadley -- it's amazing to me that a vendor even asks for our opinions...let alone actually considers suggestions! v4l really is a great vendor! :vapor:
