so i keep trying to rebuild the new kangertech dual coil units or at least rewick them but everytime i take them apart and put them back togehter they leak anybody know how to fix this

Check to make sure O rings are wet and seated properly---and if you are getting gurguling juice up thru the mouthpiece

you will have to add more cotton to plug the juice holes so that juice will wick thru the coil holes but not pour

thru them---I don't know if this is will help or not just sayin...

it also comes through the bottom and sits on the battery as well its like the vacuum effect is recked when you take it apart

After you put back together and fill with juice--blow thru the mouth piece and dry off battery and bottom of tank with paper

napkin .

make sure your coil is screwed into the base rather snugly---you don't have to over tighten just snug it down.

the tanks are known to leak a little if the juice level gets too low---try to keep level at one half at least.

if the holes in the side of the coils don't have enough cotton the juice will enter too fast and leak thru to your battery.

you need enough cotton to plug the holes and allow juice to WICK thru but not to pour thru and flood your unit.

some tanks are top filling tanks and people are advising us to close off the air flow control holes completely when filling.

i see so it seems just the right amount cotton but the last time i did it there was so much cotton that i could barely pull through it but it still leaked

the cotton has to be up against the holes on both sides when you are finished rebuilding .

you can have a ton of cotton inside the coil and if the holes on the side are not plugged it will leak.

sometimes when we run into problems with this vaping stuff/hobby---there are unexplainable reasons why it does not work for us

we just have to keep trying until we strike the right combination of man and machine--if you know what I mean.--hahah

try one of your factory made coils and see if it still leaks and that should tell you if the problem is in your rebuilt coils.
