Valcano Inferno for $50?

I found someone selling an inferno for $50. Includes everything on the site. It will be a gift but i dont know how well this product works. Anyone have info on it?

Its an ego type batt. 510 connection but it doesn't have the outside ego threading

It uses an oring to hold the cone in place. If you want to use say a Stardust you have to remove the oring.
