Hey guys I've got the Volcano inferno Drip kit and have been thinking about switching to the Tankomizer for convenience. Has anyone had any experience with both kits? I was just wondering if the vapor production and flavor would be similar. Dripping can be kind of tedious and inconvenient as well as a little messy as you probably already know.

Hi turretin. From what I see, the Tankomizer looks like a simple rebranding of the ego-T system. Before making the jump, you may want to investigate the ego-T on the forums to find opinions. Some people like the system, but a lot don't. The ego-T system is plagued with wicking problems, leaking problems, and the atomizers are probably some of the more expensive. I liked it at first, but it very quickly outlived its usefulness, and turned into more of a hassle.

If you want to try a tank type setup, hop on over to GotVapes and check out what can be done. They have the Vision clearomizers, which work very well, as well as other types of accessories to make them look good on an ego type battery.

Another option for you is to give the Chibi tank chibi.jpg a try. Very inexpensive introduction to carto tanks.

Yeah, Volcano's tube tank is one of many. The general idea of a carto tank is a sleeve around a cartomizer with holes cut in the side. CE2 tanks are basically the same as the original CE2, just with a bigger reservior.

Clearomizers (CE2) have a wick with the coil wrapped around it. Cartomizers have the coil in the middle of some filler that absorbs the liquid. Similar in idea, but they taste different:
