It takes a lot to get me posting a positive review. Standard service and getting issues fixed is simply something I expect from a vendor. However Valley View has taken the common ordering experience far above and beyond. I ordered Tuesday afternoon. I posted about it in his thread in the suppliers forum, mostly cuz I was excited lol. He said he'd have my order out in the a.m.
I got an email about one a.m., asking about my carto size selections because they didn't match the tank I'd chosen. Which I did on purpose cuz I have a Triple V tank already and needed the cartos for that one. So I replied just before two a.m. Told him I ordered correctly and I have a ton of the cartos for my new tank, hence I got a carto punch lol. To my surprise, he replied back, shortly after two to tell me my order will still go out in the a.m.
I received my order today, and along with a handwritten note directing me to a pdf with tips for my new carto punch, there was also a "little" extra gift that blew me away.
I didn't spend much, forty bucks, but I feel like a valued customer. He didn't have to use an impressive attention to detail to notice the carto size was different than the tank. He certainly was not required to email me to make sure what I ordered was what I wanted. He didn't have to take the time to track me down here to pm me to help speed up my notification of his question. And he definitely didn't have to include the gift! He has gone above and beyond in every aspect. Between this incredible service and the excellent quality and price of his products, its my pleasure to highly recommend Valley View Vapes.
