2 more hours on the clock, then off to scoop up the fam and get soil, sprinkler, and veggie plants! long day of gardening is in my short future. i am looking for an inexpensive garden hose timer. i looked on amazon but couldnt find a decent one for under $35 bucks... it is essential for a good garden as our watering habits are inconsistent. i just dont want to 'spring' for one on top of the rest of the garden expenses. i guess its not needed right away, and is more of a luxury good?

a DIY epiphany!? Praytell!!
With a jam packed day, my best friend just sent me a message asking if i will come help him move a couch across town at 3, this would take aprox 2 hours if we didnt dillydally. with a little notice, it would be no prob, but with all the shopping and gardening planned for today, i cannot make time for him. hate saying no, but i cant leave my fam for a few hours to move a couch. we already procrastinated the garden two weeks because of me. ahhh.... i said tomorrow morning.....

First, let apologize for my post last night. Nit that it was out of line it anything... but yeah. Next.. Congrats Lauralie! And finally... Will the wonders of Excedrin and greasy breakfasts ever cease?!?!

Not needed by me =] Family does those things... and they damned funny sometimes!!!

Moving on, YES this was a TRUE AD back in the day... women drank alcohol and breastfed, later they added booze to baby bottles... I thought my family were lying lunatics... OMG!

quick VAMO question:
as of today (and maybe i dint notice it earlier) my Vamo has a 1.5 second delay from when i hit the fire button till it actually starts firing! is this normal, my paranoia is because i just lent it to a 'friend' on my work break and when she brought it back i noticed this delay for the first time. did it always do this? i must know!
