My first order with Value Vapor was decent sized and placed quite late in the evening,well after business hours. I was pleasantly surprised to get a shipping notice that same evening,along with a personal response to a comment I had left at checkout. 2 days later my ordered arrived,absolutely perfect,and very nicely packed.
I had 1 battery give me issues. I emailed James and he very quickly got me the info I needed to return the battery. He even agreed to change out the faulty auto for a manual. His communication was always professional,but very friendly at the same time. The prices are great,and the hardware is quality. I will be ordering all my vaping supplies from Value Vapor
