Okay I just have had two different experiences from two different companies, and ValueVapor has shown to be an awesome supplier in my book.
1. The other company: vaping product went bad, and they refused to return after 3 months when they had a 2 month return policy.
2. ValueVapor: Battery went bad, yet they are offering to return it for me after a longer time period even though their return policy is shorter!
When the battery went bad, I certainly wasn't expecting them to grant my return after the first experience but figured I'd ask anyway. And to my surprise, they did!
So I just want to put forth a big recommendation for ValueVapor. They really value their customer experience, and I know I will be shopping there more in the future.
