I was pleasantly surprised today when I received two batteries that I returned to litecigs for replacement. I put them in the mail on Monday which means they must have sent the replacements out as soon as they got the old ones. To me this is great service since I can imagine that returns are not top priority for most companies. For comparison, I returned my starter kit to blucigs three weeks ago and still have not received the credit. needless to say litecigs is now my first stop whenever I need supplies.

Litecigusa.net is my favorite supplier. This morning, I placed another order for two more eGo 900mAh batteries, another eGo fast charger, and three more boxes of KR808D-1 cartomizers (to use with the eGo batteries and adapters, not just for the KR808D-1 passthroughs, which I'm not using very often anymore...I prefer using the eGo batteries the most).

Last week, I also bought two eGo 900mAh batteries for a friend, who quit smoking from the moment she took her first vape from my eGo 1000mAh battery. She used my eGo batteries until she received her Litecigusa.net order three days later (ordered Sunday morning, shipped on Monday, and received on Wednesday).

hmm I also ordered from there. quick shipping but why have my batteries died within days also. he did tell me to send them back and he will replace them. the thing I didn't like was no instructions at all. as a newbie I really wanted instructions

If you have automatic batteries (no button to push), you're probably getting juice into the hole at the threaded end of the batteries. If you have manual batteries, with the button, I have no idea why your batteries are dying, unless you're leaving them on the charger for a long, long time or doing something else that's not good to do with batteries.

Regarding instructions - You can find out how to do almost everything with vaping at this forum. There's a search box at the top right of every page and an Advanced Search link up there, too.
