I just received a Vamo 5 used it once and i'm satisfied but i cant charge the battery. i plug the charger in install the batteries and the light turns red. I've left them charging all day and the light never goes out. Any help would be appreciated.

Still need more info..... only thing I can tell you is are the batteries in the correct way? Did you charge them once before? Perhaps look at your bill and it may tell you make of the batteries and the charger so you can let us know.
You are not trying to charge them IN the Vamo, are you?

When you have problems with charging fairly new (and sometimes older) Li-ion batteries sometimes it's the charger itself. Try this. Put the batteries in the charger with it unplugged. Now, position the plug just at the AC outlet. Rapidly insert and pull out the plug several times and then leave it plugged in the last time. Your charger should start charging if the battery is still good. Sometimes you just gotta outsmart those "smart" chargers.
hmmmm by chance are you stacking the batteries in the charger since they are 350's?? only 1 battery per charger slot if you can find a picture on the web of your charger or name of the charger you will get some better answers to your issues...

does your charger have a power cord or is the type where the plug is part of the charger body?

So, it's NOT a charger you plug into an AC outlet? Hmm, don't know if my method will work with a USB charger, but you could try.............BUT!!! I just had a thought. Sometimes even a USB connector doesn't get "full" connection. Sometimes you can just pull it out ever so slightly, tightening the connection. If it's like some of those Ego screw on connectors, just unscrew it half a turn or so. Watch the light and see if I goes changes color while moving the connection. With electricity, it's usually the connections that fail, not the components.
It plugs directly into the wall. I can't tell what the voltage is. They are brand new batteries. They were fully charged out of the package so i used them last night. Plugged them in all night and it now says low v. I think the knockoff charger they sent me isn't working. I've got a vape shop i can go to tomorrow.

I think you mentioned that the charger has the + and - marked correct?
are you aware that the Vamo can tell you how much charge is in your batteries? by pushing the buttons in the proper sequence it will tell you voltage, ohms of the resistance of the coil, and the voltage/wattage you have the unit set for.
are the batteries marked + and -?? if not, the flat smooth end is the neg side, the smaller side is + and chargers are set up with the neg side being the adjustable slider part. some chargers lites stay on but change colors from red to green, others have multiple lites that start off at 1 and as the battery charges up more lites become lit ( Nitecores). and others flash while charging and then go out when done
