Am awaiting delivery of a Vamo version 2 gold and am wondering if there is a list of dos and donts that the users in this forum would tell me about. This will be my first APV and am upgrading from a vision spinner Vivi Nova set-up. I'll be predominately using the Novas on it although the kit I have bought does come with 2 CE4 atomizers.
Any hints and tips would be welcome to this Vamo newbie. It's due any day now and i don't wanna bust it through stupidity.
Thanks

Hm, don't forget to change it from AVG to RMS. To do this, hold down the small right hand button for a long time (maybe 10 seconds). First it will show your volts or watts, then it wil display ohms of your coil, finally it will show either NO1 or NO2. NO1 is AVG and NO2 is RMS. You want it to show NO2. If it says NO1 go through the button holding process again to put it in NO2. vaping in NO1 won't damage your pv, but it won't give you a good vape and it might make your juice burn some.

Don't forget to buy the correct batteries for it. These would be aw imr 18650s or 18350s. Another awesome choice is the Panasonic CGR18650CH Button Top, they last for.ever. Okay, not forever, but a long time. Keep your spares charged.

I switched to vamo as a backup when my provari got a busted button. I liked the vamo so much that I still haven't send the provari in for repairs. I've printed off the return form and plan to do it soon, but I still think I will prefer the vamo. The vamo doesn't seem as sturdy as the provari, so I don't think it would hold up to falls and accidents as well, so you know, don't drop it onto concrete or run over it with your truck.

Have fun with your new gadget!
