My girlfriend wants this for Christmas:

$25.14 Vamo V2 Variable Volt/Watt APV - fuchsia / VV / VW / aluminium alloy at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

It's a fuchsia Vamo v2 and I hear the color comes off easily and the build quality isn't great. It also doesn't accept Kanger T3 tanks like the new Vamo v5 does.

Right now she's vaping a K100 mech mod. Which she likes but she wants a "pretty" PV with variable settings. So I'm trying to figure out the best solution in the same price range of about $50-60 as a Vamo. Even if I did get her that fuchsia v2 Vamo, where would I get one in time for Christmas?

Any other similar mod suggestions?

I wouldn't get her a V2. I have the V2 and the V5. There are some significant improvements with the V5 which I think we're introduced with the V3. Better performance when outputting higher power and better performance with lower battery levels seem to be there. How about one of these? I haven't studied the reviews of the SID so you should take a look first.

Get her an MVP 2 for $42 shipped from 101:
and wrap it in this $18 Jwrap:

She hates box mods. So that won't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.

That's a great suggestion. I just watched a review on it and it seems like it would be a good choice. I like that it can take the T3S tanks with the top cap on, she wants some T3S tanks so that would work. The menu system also seems better than the Vamo. The finish seems decent s well.

I would say get a Vamo V3 since it can be taken apart and if use a smaller batter you can hid the tank by switching the pieces :)

You could also get her a pink provari but those or more like $150.....

If you do get her a vamo you can also cover it with a skin from vaporskinz.com or a skin from jwraps.com

My fiance has a vamo v3 and I use it more than he does so I claim it as mine lol

$32.43 Vamo V5 Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod / APV - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Shipping to the US from China...during Christmas time...don't bet on it

I must say a MVP2 from 101vape is also a GREAT idea...you can wrap from jwraps or vaporskinz
Remember with the Vamo you need external chargers and batteries so that will be extra on top of the tube

Here is a V2 CONUS

Get her what she wants. Order a Clear J-Wrap and the color will be safe under it.
Tank can't fit? Probably not. Looks like the same thick top cap as the v1. Smoke Aro May fit and in a close pink.

Note, this is a different Vamo and will only run 1 18350. Stacking 2 fill burn out the circuit board.

Yes she alrady has 18650 batteres and 18500 bateries. But none of them are IMR batts so I'm going to get her a couple of those. She's already seen a picture of the SID and likes the look of it. But she didn't watch the review with me.

She's kind of a stickler for build quality because although she generally likes her K100, she doesn't like that the bottom half shifts a little bit, even when tighted up. She also likes my Magneto and says she wishes she would have got that instead.

So she is kind of all over the place at this point. She even told me last night after posting this that if it's too much of a hassle she doesn't need a new mod, just get her new batteries and some new tanks. So I really don't know what I'm going to do at this point. I'll start with a couple T3S tanks or similar and a couple AW IMR 18650 batteries. Maybe I'll pick her up a SID but I know she's not going to like how the button spins or rattles.

If she is a stickler for build quality, then the AnyVape CVI AND the Smoktech SID are out of the question. I have had both in my hands and they are craptastic as far as build and feel. I would recommend the Zmax, it feels solid and seems to have a pretty good build quality to it. I would also suggest a J-Wrap to make it all girly and colorful for her if that is what she wants. Seems like the best way to go.
