Okay, got my stainless Vamo V2 last week. I have tried it with a CE4, Evod and Vivi Nova. I don't get much vape or throat hit out of it. Have tried with the watts from 6 to 9. Evod was too airy so I put tape over 2 of the holes making it harder draw. Just can't get much out of it. Running 24mg tobacco e-juice thru it. Really disappointed with it. I get a little more vape if I do a light puff at first before I do an inhale. When I inhale I don't get much out of it. Any ideas?

If you haven't already, and have done all suggestions listed above, try a different battery. And it's true that a protected battery will not work, due to the vamo using higher amps than protected batteries can run, the protection knocks it down. Only use unprotected high drain IMR batteries, preferably Aw, Efest or panasonic CGR. The batts need to be rated to go to at least 5 amps. Other batts will work as long as they are lithium ion, LI-MN, and rated for high drain applications. What kind of batteries are you trying to use in it?

It could be your Vamo has weak power output. Do you own a voltmeter? If you do, set the Vamo to NO2 mode, and either VV or VW mode, then to the highest setting (6 volts, or 15 Watts). You should then be able to measure the output voltage with a voltmeter and it should read around 6 volts. If it reads like 3.xx volts, you should try to exchange your Vamo. If it does read around 6 volts, then I have nothing else to offer since you say all your heads work fine on your Ego-T.

edit... this is done with a single battery in the Vamo.
