I just hope fast tech will still have those great V2 package deals by release of this thing. I really hope they don't get discontinued before I pick one up, these V3s are hideous, OLED and removable top cap be darned.

yeh, it is kind of ugly/confusing, but the barber pole swirls do make for a surer grip, and fingerprints are less apparent than regular chrome.

Just got my V3 Vamo in black.. Compared it to a friends SS V2, weight is nice, single 18350 is really nice, treads still feel better on the SS version..

The grippyness is much better for sure but the looks... meh. the new screen is a great improvement though as is the removable collar at the top.

Looks wise.. well it's not as bad as the pictures look but it's not really a beauty queen either.

I think most of us with a V2 envy your removable top collar. So much easier should an Evod get stuck!
