Vamo v5 issues

Hey guys!
I recently purchased the vamo v5 starter kit online, it arrived fast and worked great! For about a week. After using it lightly for 6 or 7 days all it displays is "low v" on the LCD display. I now have the itaste MVP 2 and I love it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Here is what I got when I googled it:

1. if you press the power button and the oled screen displays "low resistance" that means the working resistance of your device is under 1.2 ohm, it will not fire.

2. if you press the power button and the oled screen displays "low v" that means the battery voltage of your device is under 3.2 volts, it will not fire. Change your battery.

I did. Many times. Recharged used up ones, tried different batteries. And the working resistance of my aerotank is about 1.9 ohm.

Can you return it? I received a Vamo V5 only last week and if it gives me any aggro it will be going back to the supplier.

Vamo 5s are crap pure and simple. Check that the delrin inside the tube is sitting correctly, also check that the rubber grommet in your 510 connector is not pushed all the way down. Sometimes the pressure will cut the top of the grommet right off.
