I was trying to find out the weight diff between the SS and chrome models,i did find out the SS weighs in at 135grams,anyone know the weight of the black chrome ones>??

My stainless steel version that I got today from Health Cabin weighs 4 3/8 oz./125 gr. With the box and faux suede pouch it weights 6 1/4 oz./177 gr., with the box only it weights 6 1/8 oz/175 gr. and with the pouch only it weighs 6 oz./170 gr. My chrome version weighs 4 5/8 oz./131 gr. I expect the chrome version weighs the same or very, very close to the black chrome version.
My scale is accurate compared to the scales at the post office. I'm not sure why the difference in what a seller has listed as the weight for the SS version.
Sounds like the Zmax - the Zmax stainless is lighter than the chrome too. Some steel is lighter in weight.
Hey thanks,i expected the SS to weigh less as its the new updated model,so by the looks of it the SS is 6 grams,almost 1/4 ounce,dont think it be that noticeable,but eh,losing weight is good.
Indeed SS is lighter than brass for the same amount. SS is also stronger and so they could use less of it and still make the device more sturdy than chrome covered brass. Titanium is even lighter and stronger.
