Hi

I have a black chrome (the worst of the finishes I've been told). There are a number of threads in the Vamo sub-forum about finishes and it appears that of what's available people like the SS the best. The charger will work with 18350s - I have the same charger - nice for the price.

Get that kit, it's the best Vamo kit available.

I have the black chrome and the SS.
SS wins by a mile.
Mine still looks new @ 4 months.

My only complaint with my SS vamo is it is slippery. As in feels like it is slipping out of your hand slippery. I just wound a rubberband around it to give myself some grip.

Also one last question, if I use it in single 18350 mode is the only trade off shorter battery life? I like to vape 2.8 ohms on about 7-8 watts, will it be fine? or not enough power

Good kit.. Pannies and Nitecore charger.. Charger will charge 18350's and even 14500's... I have black chrome, wife has chrome, both 6 months old now and still vaping like champs after numerous tumbles and falls.. and one auto accident..

Stainless steel version is very nice!

18350 will do 7-8 W fine.
Short battery like though.
I use 2 a day in short mode.

Those Panasonics will get through a day or 2.

I'll be the dissenter here. I think I am the sole person on ECF who did not like my Vamo (V2 to be fair). The rattlesnake hiss just wigged me out, it was slippery (but they solved that with the V3) and it felt so big to me. I sold it on the classies (but the buyer loves it!) The panny 18650's are good and the charger too (kept those.) I would get 18350s elsewhere, I got some from ft as well and I don't like them. I got an Efest for my Evic (18350) and it works like a charm.

FT ships to your home could be a week or two, but they are great about tracking - they even take a PICTURE of the package as it is en route to you. I have ordered from ft 3 time and feel good about them.

I wouldn't order 18350s from Fasttech.

Get some AW IMRs.
Efest IMRs are almost as good.

My Vamo v3 is "on it's way" from fasttech. I made the misteke of ordering it on the 12th wich is apparently the "dragon boat holiday" and their website said "orders placed on or around the 12th may take and extra day to process". Well I looked today and it still said "processing" so it will probably take a week or two before you see it. I own both a nitecore i2 and a panasonic 18650ch...they are both excellent, and will be worth the wait

nope....

There's a few good 18650's, like the ones with that kit.

Stick with AW IMR or Efest IMR for 18350's.

no, I agree with mscomptrtchr and xbassman. The only batteries I would order from them would be the 18650's. The 18490's and 350's they sell just are not good quality batteries Xbassman said "Stick with AW IMR or Efest IMR for 18350's." Good advice
