I've had nothing but great service from Desert Vapes. Dave did have an issue with his inventory system showing that he had an item in stock that I ordered that he was actually out of. Dave sent two emails and called me to try to get a hold of me before he shipped. I was tied up at the time but was able to call later. He removed the item from my cart, manually applied a discount to my other items and apologized profusely. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to a situation that could have turned out poorly. The item in question was a drip tip which didn't really warrant such above and beyond customer service from Dave but it was appreciated.
