Joogler juice closed it's doors, and with it went Clint Vapewood - one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE juices ever. There are many that mourn it's loss, but the grieving period has ended and it's time to move on so I'm looking for something that tastes close to it. Just a really mellow tobacco blend, with sweet (BUT DEFINATELY SUBTLE) vanilla undertones - hold the nutty flavor. Not interested in that.

I'd like something that could stand by itself rather easily. I don't need TOO much sweet and/or vanilla because I know I'll wear out on it easily if the sweetness is too overpowering.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

Clarity: I mention CV - it was premixed @ JJ by Andrew so it was a ready to go blend. It's the only premixed juice I've ordered since getting into DIY this last year. I'm looking for a DIY alternative, just to be clear - but if you have a premixed from a vendor that sounds like it's a match I'm open to suggestion on that also.

Many thanks for you.

Long shot, but, considering that the company went under? Would it be feasible to contact the proprietor, and request the recipe for personal use? Seems like a long shot, but hey, weirder things have happened.

Edit: I do, however, enjoy a vanilla tobacco. In fact, I am enjoying it right now. Though, I don't think it's the same as what you're looking for? I am just vaping on a mixture of Black Honey Tobacco (pipe tobacco), with French Vanilla. I wish you luck on your endeavor.

Hey... Good luck on your Vanilla Tobacco search... I use vanilla in an RY'ish kinda recipe... Royal from FA w/vanilla, caramel, toffee & Bavarian Creme ... But really wanted to let you know I'm glad you found vaping - I did the math on your "smoke free for..." signature banner ... It appears you were smoking a 1000 analogs a day before the switch... Five cartons a day must have been a terrible financial burden... Jus' funnin with ya... Take care - Happy holidays! ...

I would reccomend using Scubabatdans base recipe that he posted a while back and then play around with some different vanillas until you find the one thats right for your mix. The base is really nice because you can play around with some different flavor notes as well when you feel like having something a little different. This is from one of his posts,

TA (Tobacco Absolute), and EM (Ethyl Maltol) is a great base. It allows to to add pretty much any other flavor to it. This is my tobbaco base concoction. Unfortunatly the seedmans darkens it up alittle, but it is fairly clear at 10%.
You will need the following:
Perfumers Apprentice - Cotton Candy 2 x 1oz
TOB506 Commercial Cigarette Concentrate 4 x 1/2oz
Perfumers Apprentice - Tobacco Absolute (1. Pure) 1 x 2.5ml
Now, the cotton candy from perfumer apprentice is ethyl maltol suspended in PG @ 10%, warm the cotton candy and the 2.5ml of TA (tobacco absolute) in a sink of HOT water.
Get a 4oz bottle to add everything into, uncap the cotton candy and pour it all into the 4oz bottle, then uncap the TA, it will not be thick now as the hot bath has made it thinner. Use a pipette (note the TA will stain the pipette so use this pipette only for TA) and put .3ml of TA into the cotton candy (About 6 drops). Now cap the cotton candy and shake until it is mixed. Now add the seedmans concentrate to the cotton candy and shake until mixed.
The result is a approx 120ml of tobacco base that is very satisfying IMO @ 10%, and you can add hazelnut or peanut flavor to your mix to give it a nutty flavor. Add vanilla, black cherry, or caramel to give it those notes.
When adding menthol us it at 3% to the 7% tobacco base. In Dan's recipe? All 4 1/2 oz bottles (2oz in total).

I would probably start with Vanillin on the vanilla flavor but something like vanilla swirl or vanilla cupcake might work pretty good for you.

I too had the Clint Vapewood monkey on my back. I came across this recipe 40 pg 60 vg 26 % flavor. ( 80% rose ,20% mint,1-4 drops menthol,2 drops sweetener in a 10 ml bottle) Have not tried this so I dont know if its any good. I also remember talk of Andrew releasing his recipes ,dont know if that happened. Please let me know if you get any info from Andrew.

Glad I'm not the only one - misery and her company and all..

That recipe is curious cement, the menthol scares me a little honestly. Never really been a fan but it's ENTIRELY possible that it was hidden within. I sent an e-mail to Andrew several days ago asking for the recipe, or to just buy a batch but I haven't heard anything to date. I'll keep you posted if I hear good news.
