I just received my silver dog. Cannot use it because I have no batteries lol (waiting for over a month from Germany). I have a bb that i had for over a month as well. Cannot find any places that sell batteries here (Qatar).

Ok , positive post insulator arrived , it will be enough for everyone. It takes more heat than the old one.
It is a mix of food grade delrin and organic thermoplastic. Custom made. Now we wait for upper and
vent hole insulator. That shoud be done by next friday and we will have spare parts in the store.

After ultrasonic cleaner every part of the Sdog is cleaned with food grade foam for cleaning
every metal and glass surface. And it gives your SS a nice citrus fragrance.

We will announce who is our US reseller in few days. Since Croatia will enter EU in 20 days
we decided to make a deal with only one US shop so our customers from US will not have to pay
customs fees and tax so they will get our products for the same price as EU customers. Not to
mention faster shipping. That is why we did not have any Sdogs in stock. We will prepare a big batch
in 2 weeks. We are getting close to 1000 units. Spares will also be in the shop with next batch.
And a little add-on for Sdog if time allows it.
