Big props to the team at Vapage. I brought two Vmods from Vapage that I had problems installing the catch cups. Long story short, somehow I managed to dislodge the firing pins from both mods and managed to lose the catch cups. I tried to re-insert the firing pins on my own but couldn't do it due to my deteriorating eye sight. After trying numerous times to fix the mods, I finally decided to call Vapage to see if they can help. Christina was very helpful on the phone and asked me to send the mods in. Lo and behold, after a few days, I found the mods in my mailbox all repaired along with extra attys with postage paid by Vapage. I am simply amazed at the speed of the repair and the level of customer service that was bestowed on me. The team at Vapage has gone above and beyond what was expected of them and has earned a customer for life. Great work, guys and thank you so very, very much.

It's really great to hear when a vendor exceeds expectations... and for you the experience must have been gratifying.
Since you have a vMod, and it's relatively new... please post your thoughts on it. I've been interested in this mod as a spectator and would love to hear more about it.
