Just received my VModXL. The shipping was incredibly fast (4 days from west coast to east coast!), the product is fantastic and put new life into my favorite juices. While waiting for my package, I had a small issue where I needed the tracking number, but since my husband made the purchase and works out of state, it was his email that was used as the contact email. One call and spoke with Kassidy, who was very thorough in verifying our information, and extremely pleasant and helpful...I had the tracking number to make sure I stayed on top of USPS, and the overall feeling that Vapage really does go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Kassidy, herself, was upbeat and extremely kind to listen to me bubble and babble. People like her should be commended and recognized for such a positive experience. In a word....she's AWESOME.
