hi all

i recently purchased a load of bits from vapage for the vmod.
after waiting 13 days for delivery and getting stung by customs for 17 quid.
the amg hybrids arrived with a rubber washer missing....this leads to flooding and makes them unusable.
after a lengthy discussion they implied they had fallen of in the bag..... when i informed they where not in the bag they said well they wouldnt come with out them....they then went on to say they did not have any 1.5ohm in stock......then asked me to ship them back to the states...when asked if they would cover the shipping cost...they said no....its their mistake i said and they still said no.....what kind of service is this you send out faulty stuff and i have to cover the cost of your mistake...they say im lucky they are willing to replace them as this is something they dont do.

70 dollars in attys 35 in other parts 12 in shipping 17 pounds customs......what a waste

take my advice avoid them like the plague.....most companys if its there fault would cover the cost......if it had gone faulty durring a warranty perion i would except that .... but arriving faulty is unexceptable....two short planks has more brains and business sense.....they are more than 1 sandwich short of a picnic.....etc

rant over i bought quite a few things from the states and never had a problem and the one thing that did they asked me to email a copy of the recipt and offered me double in credit to spend in store and the stuff was shipped with the replacement (provari had marks)....thats service....i would of been happy with just the cost of sending

Hi all I want to let you know what's happened since Brian at vapage got in contact with me.
I just like to say to everyone who reads this.
Brian at vapage gave me several options to resolve what had happened.
He then made a better offer than the one i chose from
Brian at vapage takes customer satisfaction is the highest importance to them.
He has really gone way above anything I could of expected in away to make amends.
I feel that vapage (brian) have gone to extreme lengths to rectifie and make sure that I am satisfied after the unfoutane way I was delt with.

I can't think of a single company that would go to such lengths to put right and insure customer satisfaction.
Vapage has made changes to the way they deal with customers in respect of what happened.
They are a company that cares and this experience shows that.
I wouldn't avoid I'd actully use them again.
