I recently purchased 2x Blucig Premium starter kits.
First off, shipping costs were astronomical. I don't know why they chose to use DHL as their international courier, but to make it cost effective I had to order a minimum of $300 to make it somewhat cost effective. On 15 packs of carts ($300 value) they charged $80 shipping. Also, my last order sat for 2 weeks before they shipped it. I ran out and went back on the analogs.

Most importantly, the 2nd unit I bought was a gift for someone. After I gave it to them they reported that one of the batteries did not work, it was completely dead. I emailed Blu hoping to get a RMA, but they turned me away. International policy is "All sales are final". I did see that when ordering but didnt think it applied to faulty items.
Even though I spent about $600 with them in a month, they would not replace the faulty battery.

Overseas buyers beware.
I have since ordered 1 ecig kit from smoktek, and another ecig kit from healthcabin.

I like the pricing much better at those joints, hopefully their products are better, and won't make me feel Blu!

Cheers
