Does anyone know if the website vapage.com even exist? I ordered something from them and my computer died immediately after I pushed the confirm order button. I was charged the money for the mod but have not heard anything from the company ( I.e. confirmation email). I emailed the customer service and have gotten no answer. I have called twice and gotten no answer. Has anyone had any experience with this company or heard anything about them?

They've been around for quite some time. Haven't used any of their products, but a lot of folks like 'em.

i purchased from them a month ago, no issues.

You should have gotten a confirmation at least. If you log into the site, you can view your completed orders. I just purchased a VMod and some accessories from them a few weeks ago and got it a few days later. What they lack in communication, they make up for in shipping.

I just ordered atomizers last week and never got a confirmation email but did get my order. when you log into the site you should see your submitted order there. I read in another thread a while back they don't seem to be sending confirmations since they went to the new site.
