Vape broken? (mytri / es300)

Sup, this vape/vapes came today and I tried fireing one of them and it wouldn't stop fireing, the other one wouldn't even show the lcd!
Is it just a bad seller or something?

Okay so now it started workin? So I charged it and now when all the batteries are the same voltage it works for some (strange) reason, the batteries seems to discharge EXTREMLY fast, they are not fake batteries just som standard smasung 2.8 amp hour batteries.

You will NEED to buy batteries rated at 15 amps or greater.
An external charger is also suggested.
