Vape Dojo E-juice

I ordered some e-juice from Vape Dojo, and when I tried it out, well, the results weren't quite up to par. I sent them a polite note to ask what was going on:

"I recently ordered up some juice, and have received the order - thank you. In the order there was a bottle of Menthol and a bottle of Ecto Cooler, both of which aren't very good. The menthol has absolutely no menthol in it at all in fact it has no taste at all and the Ecto Cooler is the exact opposite and tastes like it has two or three times the flavoring that it should. All of the other juices are what I would expect, but these two are total disappointments."


About 3 days later I got a reply:
I apologize that these juices did not meet your expectations! We have not had any other complaints from this batch of juices, so I can assure you there is not anything wrong with the juice. However, we always appreciate the feedback, and I will pass this along to our head "juice maker" so he is aware of the situation.

Now that might well be the most polite go ...... yourself that I have even received, but it isn't exactly good customer service. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
