As far as I know there are not. BUT I have vaped at bars and restaurants and only been asked once to put it away. Generally speaking no one has really said anything, but I usually casually bring it up with my waitor or waitress and ask if anyone has said anything about ecigarettes. They all said they're aware of it but no one has really said anything. Just don't be overly obnoxious about it and you should be fine.
