I found this on ebay. It's a great way to keep you things organized.

I saw some nice setups on etsy. Right now I just use an old makeup box for keeping juice and a tall coffee mug for my ego. As the collection grows I will be purchasing a nice chunk of driftwood with appropriately drilled spaces for juice, egos and maybe a Vamo

For me,i store everything in locktite box....even all my diy ejuice peripherals are in there....

I've got my juice bottles in "Really Useful Boxes" (that's the brand). They come in a zillion sizes and stack nicely.

Then I just got a REALLY nice wood stand for my batteries and clearomizers.

And I'm just starting my DIY toolbox.

I don't have much gear yet, so storage is pretty basic. My at-home storage containers are cigar boxes (one for juice bottles and one for equipment such as extra heads, wick, wire, etc.; I paid $2 apiece). My containers for carrying are a foam-lined mint tin (if the $ was for the mints, the tin was a freebie), hard plastic cigar tubes with holes drilled in them (so they won't be air tight; $2 apiece), and a hard case designed for eyeglasses ($7). I don't need bigger carriers because I'm using Evods & Mini Protanks on eGo-style batteries and don't (YET) have an APV....

Here is my setup. I use a Russel Stover choclate tin for my batteries, clearomizers, coils etc. I use a coffee can cut down for my bottles of juice. Nothing special but does the job.
