Vape juice spit back. Vape spits/ can taste in mouth

So I have a Arctic tank and eleaf 50w vape. Right now I have a .2 coil in it so I'm on 50 watts. I noticed it was hitting weaker yesterday. It's hitting better now but I feel like every time I inhale I can taste the juice in my mouth. I always get a little bit on my lips which I'm not really worried about but it bothers me because when I try to take a long drag I can just feel the juice spitting into my mouth. I'm pretty sure it's not just the vapor. It sounds clogged and when i put it upside down with a paper towel around the air holes and blew air into it to unclog it. A lot of juice came out onto the paper towel. I went to the shop today and the lady said it seems fine but I know a lot of the juice is bad to ingest and I feel like it's definitely spitting juice.

Funnily enough I have had this problem today after buying a new chamber

From what I've read it could be the coil is on too tight or its been primed too much. Could also just be a dodgy coil. I'm using an Eleaf Istick with a kangertech genitank chamber and found giving the inside of the coil a bit of a clean with some rolled up tissue did a good job of clearing it.

Whether it's a long term fix though I couldn't tell you

I tried cleaning with a q tip but I'll try a tissue also. Is it bad to have a coil on too tight? I tighten it as far as possible because I've been told it won't work if it's loose

I read it's supposed to be snug but not super tight.

I found turning the wattage down helped too

I honestly can't tell it could be the flavor. I blocked my mouth off with my tongue to see if I could feel the juice coming out and it isn't. Feel like it's just the flavor.

I can feel my throat getting really warm do you guys think it's from the smoke or a little bit of juice spitting
