I'm afraid I have little knowledge of your device (other than they sometimes fail, they aren't exactly robust). You are getting good advice, so I will merely say, welcome to ECF and I hope you get a satisfactory resolution. It can be frustrating to purchase something that isn't working well out of the gate. It might be worthwhile to watch a few reviews/demos of your product on youtube to help you see if you can isolate the problem.
If all else fails, you can warranty the device, if it's new and get a replacement. I might also consider the possibility if you decide that you like vaping and want to make it your primary "thing" instead of smoking, that you look into some different setups that will offer more options, power, and a different vaping experience. It's good to have a backup mod anyway, but most certainly if you want to use this type of device. They can be a great way to transition into vaping, but battery life is typically poor and they are usually considered one of the weaker vape delivery devices.
I hope you get it working well for you! Welcome
Anna
