I started vaping about 2 months ago and haven't had a analog since. It was going great until recently.
There have been several occasions where I have blown my nose and there is blood in it.
It also feels like my tongue is getting burned as well when I use the device.
This has really freaked me out and makes me want to stop.
I have been using a ego twist / viva nova combo the entire time. Also, I am using 100%VG juice.
Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do?

I think a lot of folks have gone through the slight nose bleed. I know I did. As far as the burnt tongue. It could be one of the flavorings in your juice or maybe you could try lowering your nic strength.

Drink lots of water and when you think you have had to much water...drink more.

I am not a doctor, nor have I played one on TV so if you are really concerned talk to yours. :)

My best guess (based on what I experienced) is that you need to drink more water. Sounds like your sinus' are dry. Vaping can/will dehydrate you, so more water is a must.

My experience and something I read here and there is that smoking 'hardens' the skin in our mouths, nose, etc., and when we quit, that slowly goes away as those areas regain health. Which is great, except that it does mean we'll bleed easier through the transition (nose, gums.) I don't know that it really has anything to do with vaping since I read this on lists about quitting smoking... not starting vaping.

Not sure about the burning your tongue part. Is juice getting on your tongue?

You still arent clear on the effects of quitting analogs either, i had some rather annoying side effects around the 6-8 week mark. Coughing up gunk, sore throat, nosebleeds, headaches, and i was drinking lots of water. Its funny because from maybe the 2 to 6 week mark i had no noticeable effects. Id say after about 2 to 2 and a half months it started to clear up. At this point i have no negatives to speak of, i just feel great, and love my vaping.

Happened/happens to me too. I also use 100% VG hoping it may help considering when I vape any pg it hurts my throat. Like everyone else is saying, def drink more water. I feel like I never drink enough but I've found that if I atleast drink a glass after chain vapeing for 10 min or whatever, that helps. Basically to rinse the vapor and all out if your mouth and esophagus. Also I think fruity acidic like flavors seem to be rough on me. The burnt tongue thing... I think means too much nic, what strength do you use? I started at 24 mg and each purchase I went down. Im settled at 6mg now.
