I know that being a newb I am not allowed to have a signature on here, but I keep seeing ones that list how long you have been without 'analog' cigs and how much money you have saved and how many smokes you have not had. I would love to get one for other places I frequent, such as Facebook... where do you get those, because they are awesome and would definately help me stick to not smoking tabacco filled cigs!

You just click on one you like and it will take you to the site where you can customize it. Just copy and paste the resulting code where you want to display it.

once you get to 15 posts, it can take the forum software up to 1 hour to update and recognize your new post count. After that point, you will be able to add a sig.

Use the "Settings" link on the top right of this page to get to your signature.
Click on "Edit Signature" on the left panel.
Copy the BBCode that was generated from the banner you filled out and paste it into the signature field, don't forget to hit save!

Thanks, I thought those sigs were a nice reminder of what we are saving ourselves from. Trying to get my post count up now...
There are two ways to post the banners to FB-
You can copy the link out of the center of the signature code- it should look similar to this (this is mine, yours will have your own information encoded in the link)-

It wont put the picture up on FB but it will post a clickable link that will take people to the link. This way the image will be in real time (ie it will update to current stats whenever anyone clicks the link).
If you want to post the actual image, go to the link (same as in the above example) that will take you to a blank page with your banner image. Right click and save the image to your dektop. Then go to FB and upload the image as a picture. This way will show the actual image on your FB wall but it will be a static image aas of the date that you post it. ( ie the stats wont update as the days change and the numbers will always stay the same)
