I just got my silver bullet and am using the battery above. I only have one at the moment so I'm wondering what kind of vape time you guys have gotten from them?

Depends on how hard you hit it. I got 28-30 hrs when the batts were new out of them, not as much now but still very reasonable, well over a day.
Rule of thumb = 1-1.5 hrs per 100mAh, should gibe you a decent ball park to play with.

I use the trust fire flame 18650s they are 2400 mah at first i could get 2-2 1/2 days off the pair in my mod now a solid day and a half from them
I got my 2600mah 18650's back in March. I bought 3 of them and rotate them. When new I was getting 2 days if I needed to. Now 7 or 8 months later the voltage starts dropping off at the end of the day so I just switch them out each morning. I'd suggest you have at least 2 batteries. If one happens to die, and it's your only one, you're screwed until you can get another.
It will depend on the level of performance you are willing to accept. Most use 18650s not just for vapetimes, but for the high and longer lasting initial voltage. I personally do not want to vape below 3.4V. And note for the most part vapeable mAh with a ~2600mAh cell is closer to 1800mAh.
As a general rule of thumb figure about 300mAh per hour of the stated mAh for decent performance.
cskent and iamtopher34 both make very valid points. If you are a perfectionist after about 100 charge cycles you will notice a drop in both performance, lower loaded volts, and vapetimes.
